Rescues and shelters need fosters who will take animals in temporarily until they can find their permanent home. The importance of fosters needed for helping to save lives is vital to rescue.

By taking an animal into your home, 2 lives will be saved. The one you take in and the empty space left behind that will be filled immediately. The shelters are overflowing with an all-time high of unwanted animals.

This is a major crisis going on all over the country, resulting in higher euthanasia rates. Healthy dogs and cats are being put down simply because of a lack of space for cages.

Rescue Paw Foundation encourages people to take these pets into their homes. Every adoption event that we do has a table for fosters to sign up to help the shelters and rescues so in need.

Our next adoption event will be December 5th Champions for Charity in Manhasset Long Island.
